The health and safety of our guests and employees remains our number 1 priority, please read below for more details regarding our health promise.
Pre Arrival:
A welcome letter is emailed to all guests prior to arrival, with instructions on how to check in and what to expect while staying with us.
We encourage all guests to email/phone call our front desk with any questions prior to arrival to minimize contact.
In Room Cleaning Procedures:
All of our sanitization products have a registered Canadian drug number and are recommended disinfectants to destroy a broad range of bacteria and viruses including COVID-19. There is an enhanced focus on disinfecting touch points in guest rooms such as light switches, coffee makers and door handles, etc. Guests are encouraged to email or call the office to request any items that they need during their stay.
Housekeeping Services:
Daily in room housekeeping services are provided.
Housekeeping is from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. To ensure the safety of our guests and our employee’s and to comply with social distancing standards, guests cannot be in the room while housekeeping is cleaning. Our room attendants are doing their best to ensure they are keeping you safe, while refreshing your room. If you arrive back at your room after a day of activities and housekeeping is in your room, please knock to let them know you are there, and they will do their best to finish up as quickly as possible. Please do not enter the room. Fresh linens are provided on the 4th, 7th, 10th day of your stay. Towels and amenities such as: coffee, tea, soaps etc. are refreshed daily. Contactless delivery of special request items is provided to ensure social distancing and guest safety. Guests are encouraged to email or call the office to request items.
Public Spaces:
Daily cleaning with emphasis on high touch points around the property.
Signage and markers communicating physical distancing protocols in public spaces
Hand sanitizer stations in key areas throughout hotel
The guest BBQ is open and can be reserved via email/phone call to the front desk. It is cleaned after each use.
The guest coin laundry is open. All machines accept 1 dollar coins and quarters.
Washing Machine (40 minute cycle): $3.00 CDN
Dryer (30 minute cycle): $1.50 CDN
Laundry Detergent and Bounce Dryer Sheets: $1.00 CDN
Contactless Check Out:
Contactless check out is available for all guests. Guests are contacted via email upon check out and all receipts are emailed. Guests may drop the room keys in the key drop box or return to the front desk.
